Royalty Free License Fees

Contributors to the NatureFootage collection determine whether their footage is Royalty Free and set the price level for their footage.  Royalty Free clips can be identified by this icon in the upper right corner of a clip: 



NatureFootage currently offers three Royalty Free licenses, with some use restrictions:

Web, Display and Presentation
License Use: Public or Private presentation (free admittance), web display, or digital signage (up to 25 screens); unlimited uses; single-seat license; world in perpetuity.

Restrictions: No paid admittance (e.g. museums and aquariums).  No advertising.  No cinema.  No television.  No monetization including sponsored posts, video on demand (VOD), pay per view (PPV), subsrciptions, or products for resale.

Television and Monetization
License Use: Television all media, video on demand, pay per view, exhibits with paid admittance (museums and aquariums), sponsored posts, subscriptions, and products for resale, including in-context promotion; unlimited uses; single seat license; world in perpetuity.

Restrictions: No Theatrical.  No Advertising.

All Media Including Advertising
License Use: All media; unlimited uses; unlimited-seat license; world in perpetuity.

Restrictions: No restrictions.


Prices indicated in the Royalty Free category are for clips in their entirety, and Royalty Free licenses allow for use in unlimited productions.  All Royalty Free clips are broadcast resolution clips, with delivery available by download.
