How to Organize and Email a Clipbin (Clipbin Manager Tools)

CREATE A CLIPBIN
To create a Clipbin, click on the ‘Create Clipbin’ icon , enter a name in the blank field, select the folder you would like the Clipbin to go into from the dropdown (optional), then click the Create button.

A newly created clipbin will be automatically assigned as your Active Clipbin.

CREATE A FOLDER
Folders are a great way to organize multiple Clipbins by projects. To create a Folder, click on the ‘Create Folder’ icon , enter a name in the blank field, then click the Create button.

Once you're created a Folder(s), you can drag and drop Clipbins into your Folder within the Clipbin Manager list.


RENAME A FOLDER OR CLIPBIN
To rename a Folder or Clipbin, click the ‘Gear’ icon  to the right of the corresponding Folder or Clipbin, select the ‘Rename’ option from the pop-up list. Enter the desired name in the ‘Rename’ field, and click the ‘Save’ button.


MOVE A CLIPBIN
To move a Clipbin, click the ‘Gear’ icon to the right of the Clipbin, and select the ‘Rename’ option. Select the Folder you would like the Clipbin to go into, and click the ‘Save’ button.

You can also drag and drop Clipbins into Folders within the Clipbin list.


DELETE A CLIPBIN OR FOLDER
To delete a Clipbin or Folder, click the ‘Gear’ icon to the right of the Clipbin or Folder, and select the ‘Delete’ option. Confirm or cancel the delete request in the following dialog box.


EMAIL A CLIPBIN
To e-mail a Clipbin, click the ‘Gear’ icon to the right of the Clipbin or Folder, select the ‘Email Clipbin’ option. Enter the (To:) recipient's email address and any comments in the following dialog box, and click 'Send'. The recipient will receive an email with the text that was included in the comments box, so ensure you do not delete the Clipbin URL that appears by default in the comments.

You can also copy the Clipbin URL by right-clicking on the Clipbin name and selecting 'Copy Link Address' from the option menu. Paste the URL in a new email to send directly from your email application.
