Download Master Media For Internal Evaluation in the Cart
Premium Access clients (also known as a Preferred Vendor) can request to download Master Media for internal evaluation. Once your user account has been approved for Premium Access you will now have access to free master footage for internal evaluation, editing, testing, and quality control. Please note, you will be allowed access to this footage for 30 days. Additional licensing for clips selected for internal evaluation is required before any distribution of your production.
Premium Access allows you to download multiple master files at one time. NatureFootage saves you time by allowing you to download all of the master files from an order manifest in the cart, similar to placing an order. With this method, you can download numerous clips at one time. The upload to your account happens in several minutes, allowing you to download large master files quickly and efficiently.
The steps that you will need to complete are the same as placing an online order. However, your approved account will have a new use in your cart and Pricing Calculator called Master Media Internal Evaluation.
The process is:
Add Clips to your Cart. Go to your Cart, and on the first page:
Under the "Select License Category" menu, choose "Master Media Internal Evaluation".
Choose a Delivery Option for your clip(s).
Click on the "Rate Quote" button in the bottom right hand corner of the page.
On the second page of the Cart:
Add Project Title for your order.
Add a simple Description for your order.
Click on the "Confirm Details" button at the bottom of the page.
On the last page of the Cart:
Agree to the License Agreement by selecting "I accept the terms of the License Agreement displayed above."
Approve the Order by clicking the "Confirm Your Order" button.
There is no need to select the number of seconds for each clip, as you will be provided the full duration of the file as seen online. You will be provided the best resolution quality file we have available free of charge. If you request a format conversion of the master file, a fee will be charged.

If for any reason you prefer to have a NatureFootage representative prepare the files for download, then kindly send us a link to your clipbin and we will prepare them on your behalf.
The upload of the master files happens within minutes. If you are ordering a large volume of clips, then it may take 30 minutes to several hours for your clips to upload to your account. You will receive an email notice that the clips are available to download, with instructions on how to download the clips.Master Media Internal Evaluation orders can be download from the Orders page on your account.
